At Gesher: Building Bridges we help Synagogues, Jewish organizations, associations, and Federations engage in areas of conflict resolution, leadership transition, and resource development. Perhaps the head of school or the head of the personnel committee or a teacher would like to learn skills of contract negotiation, or perhaps there is a need to bring in a mediator or a facilitator to help build bridges between Clergy and Congregation. We offer training, advisory and coaching services and are qualified mediators and facilitators, and have raised millions of dollars annually for nonprofit organizations.

I am also a professional performing musician (drummer/percussionist/Sacred Drummer/ritual creator) and have toured the world from Japan, Budapest, Paris, to Carngie Hall, Lincoln Center, Caffe Lena's, Kerrville Folk Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, Strand Theater, and Boston Esplanade, with Symphony Orchestras, Jazz Bands, and musical theatre productions on drum set, classical and jazz percussion. Since 2005, I currently work as a Sacred Drummer leading or co-leading as clergy or accompanying clergy and song leaders usually 50 weeks of the year for Shabbat, Havdallah, High Holy Days and other Jewish, Interfaith, and Shaman based rituals, drum circles, and drum,chant, and meditation programs and lead drum circle at BBYO conferences around the country, and teach Spirituality and Sacred Drumming at Hebrew College in Boston (and I also am available to record or tour - hand drums or drum set). I have collaborated, performed, and recorded with many of the faculty and performers who have come through SLBC, and Shefa Gold, the Kirtan Rabbi, YofiYah, Sigal Brier, Or Zohar, as well as musicians of other genres including Yo-yo Ma, Isaac Stern, Wynton Marsalis, Theodore Bikel, Tali Rubenstein, Wycliff Gordon, Gray Sargent, Ed Saindon, Gerry Neiwood, Joshua Bell, Philip Harper, John Williams, Doc Severinsen and many others.
